I've got a lot of weigh to loose, is it suitable for me?
Yes, for sure this programme is designed around you, so it is effective for people who have any amount of weight to loose. That's one of our strongest unique selling points, the fact that for the price it's rare to find a customised plan like this, but still with the community support aspect too.
I only want to loose a couple of kilos at the absolute most, would this be suitable for me?
Yes this plan takes into account your individual goal requirements in terms of weight loss. It is also suitable for those with already lower body fat percentages that are more interested in toning, sculpting and shaping the muscles.
Do I need to attend a gym?
Yes, unless you have a substantial amount of exercise equipment at home, we recommend joining a gym to complete the programme. It doesn’t have to be a posh gym, but needs to have resistance machines and free weights at the very least. The fitness plans contain many free weight exercises (using dumbbells and barbells) to stop you from having to navigate gym equipment, to help speed up your workout and also so that you could potentially complete some of the workout at home in some cases. That said, there are full video tutorials for the workouts which will help you correct and maintain good form for the very best results.
How often will I be training?
Resistance training is approximately 60 mins per day, 4 days a week, plus some cardio sessions that can either be done inside or outside of the gym. I have implemented free weight exercises as much as possible as these can be done at home if you have dumbbells.
I have health problems can I sign up?
If you have any health issues, please ensure that you have spoken to your health practitioner and got clearance from a qualified person first. Jessica is not a doctor, so she can’t assess whether you are well enough to take part. Once you have this clearance, we look forward to warmly welcoming you onto the programme.
