All Jessica's personal training sessions are carefully planned in advance to ensure that they are completely customised to your unique goal(s).

  • Online fitness training for those not based in Brighton, UK - apply here
  • Nutrition programming (included in all Personal Training Packages)
  • Jessica specialises in weight loss and muscle sculpting
  • Can be gym based (additional fees may apply)
  • Can be home based or park / seafront based - please check to see if Jessica covers your area
  • All sessions are customised to your unique requirements

Jessica’s Qualifications:

  • REPS Level 3 certified Personal Trainer
  • Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor (200 hours)
  • Advanced Diploma in Nutrition
  • Bachelors Degree with Honours
  • Published recipe book author - Jessica's Raw Chocolate Recipes (Leaping Hare Press) and Raw Chocolate Treats (North Atlantic Books)
