Due to COV-19 I have decided to take my fitness training online, in the interest of public safety. I want to help you get into a great shape and feel better mentally during this uncertain time.
Train online with me in the following ways:
- One-to-one Personal Training sessions in the comfort of your own home via FaceTime, Skype or Zoom. These can be either a one off session or once, twice or three times per week. Book via the website.
- Online group fitness workouts facilitated throughout the week. These last 40 mins per session, are priced at £6 per workout and are delivered via Zoom. Choose between Legs Bums & Tums, Upper Body Sculpt, Booty Burn & 6 Pack Abs. Book via the website to secure your place.
