Online Group Fitness Classes


We’re all stuck at home, so let’s use some of this precious time to start some fun, at-home fitness classes - and help nourish our mental and physical wellbeing. Or continue building upon what we have already developed whilst our gyms and sports clubs were open.

You might be one of my existing Personal Training or online fitness clients, or just want to come and train during the lock down. Either way, I’m so happy you’re here.

THIS is a great time to work on your fitness!

All classes are 40 mins long and delivered via Zoom.

How to join a class

Use the links above to book your place on the classes each week, or purchase a monthly Unlimited Pass, which will entitle you to join all online classes that month.

Bookings are confirmed only when payment has been made.

You will then be emailed a link to join the class via Zoom, 15 minutes before the class is due to start. Please be sure to check your spam filter if this is your first class.

If you have any accidents, injuries or pregnancy I need to be made aware of, please add this information to your notes when paying for your class online.

Bookings are non-refundable, so please only book if you can make the class. 

Please arrive at the online class on time. If you are late and the class has already started, you'll need to warm up on your own. Please make sure you are fully warmed up before joining in. Simple jogging on the spot is a good way to do this.

Please ensure that your microphone is switched off on Zoom, as noise in your household will effect the class.

Please keep your video switched on, so that I can check your alignment and progress.
