Jessica is signed to a 10 year publishing deal with a UK based publishing firm, where she has created beautiful hardback nutrition focused recipe books.

Jessica also has a wealth of experience in raising vegan children, as her two children were weaned as babies onto a raw, vegan diet and have been thriving ever since.

Jessica used plant foods to overcome her bed bound Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, so has experienced a complete health turn around eating this way, and helps others to do the same.
