WHEN IT COMES TO OPTIMAL NUTRITION, ONE SIZE DOESN'T FIT ALL

Over the years she has seen that diet plans need to be tailed to the individual client for best results.

This is why Jessica wont just publish a one size fits all diet plan, like you will encounter in most weight loss programmes. Instead Jessica has a more bespoke approach to your food plan.

HOW WILL MY FOOD PLAN BE BUILT AROUND ME?
Jessica is proud to announce that you will receive a personalised approach to your food plan that she will actively be involved in calculating. This is just one important aspect that sets this unique programme apart from other, less personalised plans. Jessica will be fully involved in calculating important macro and calorie information just for you. This task will not be handed to an assistant, she will personally go through every single client's data to ensure that they stand the best level of success during bootcamp by calculating specific caloric measurements for each client.

This will be done before bootcamp begins once you have emailed over the required data.

WHAT WILL JESSICA BE CALCULATING?

Jessica will request some information from you, and from this data she will perform two main calculations.
The first will be your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate)
 
Your BMR will tell you how many calories per day your body needs in order for it to perform all of your body's functions. It is essential that you eat enough calories on the programme to stay above this figure.

The second will be your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure)
This figure tells us how many calories your body uses up during the average day. In order to drop into effective calorie deficit and burn body fat, it is essential to know this figure. Once this has been calculated Jessica will set you an agreed calorie allowance.

This is the best way of ensuring success on a  serious weight loss programme.
It is often popular for client's to have a set diet plan on a weight loss programme which everyone follows to the letter. However in practise this can be very restrictive and as a result it can become unsustainable to keep up with.

For example, imagine being busy with kids and work, tired from the fitness session you did the day before and in need of going food shopping. Everything has been going well to date but you don't have the correct ingredients for that mornings breakfast, so you are at a loss over what to do, and as a result end up reaching for what you have in the fridge, but it happens to completely comprise the prorgramme.

SO WHAT'S THE SOLUTION?

Jessica will provide you with a weekly Meal Plan, but you don't have to stick religiously to it if you don't want to.

Instead you can adapt and alter it to suit each of your weeks, because Jessica will teach you how to calculate your macro and calorie intake using an easy to use app on your phone. which allows you to scan in bar codes to extract the food's data.

This then gives you far more flexibility, which will help with your motivation AND increase your success. And because Jessica wants you to be able to keep the weight off once you have lost it, her unique method actually teaches accountability so you know how to carry this practise forward and succeed with your maintenance phase in the future after the 12 weeks is up, once you have finished bootcamp.

WHY IS THIS APPROACH SO SUCCESSFUL?

This is the best way for success because you have options and you are also being taught how to meet your individual requirements, instead of adopting a set 1200 calories per day menu plan (for example), which would serve only some of the participants and in fact be metabolically dangerous for many others in the group.

From these personalised calculations you will then have a few options on how best to operate within the Food Zone.
