This will be of your Total Daily Energy Expenditure and Basal Metabolic Rate starting points, which will be calculated privately on an individual basis by Jessica, before you start the programme. She will then set a maximum and minimum calorie range for you, to ensure safe and effective participation and for maximised long-term results.
You will be tracking these via a phone app, to ensure that you are on track each day. You will learn what information to enter to generate the daily macro and calorie count goals, which Jessica will agree with you personally before the programme starts.
That’s 72 workouts in total, with instructional demonstration videos to tone, shape and sculpt the muscles – plus warm up, cool down and stretch routine.

This task will not be handed to an assistant, I will personally go through every single client's data to ensure that they stand the best level of success during Bootcamp by calculating specific caloric and macro measurements for you.
