What areas will be worked?
We will be sculpting the lower body, all the way through the legs - including the quads, hammies, glutes and calves. We will also be targeting all parts of the abs during the 40 minute workout.
About the class...
This is a fun and effective online group fitness class, suitable for both men and women of any fitness stage. I will be adapting the exercises to accommodate beginners right through to athletes.
Do I need equipment?
You don't have to have any equipment, however if you do have a resistance band and any dumbbell weights, then please have these available.
What happens after I book?
Once you have booked and paid for the class, you will be on the class list and will then be emailed the class weblink 15 mins before it starts. Please allow enough time to download Zoom onto your device, if you don't already have it installed - it's FREE. Any problems, please contact me, and I can help you.
What to do next...
* Please arrive to the class on time. If you're late, please spend 5 mins jogging on the spot before joining in, to help prevent an accident or injury.
* If you have any existing accidents, injuries, pregnancy or have had a baby within the last 6 months, please let me know on the comments section as you progress through the check out.
