Meet Miss Superfood
Jessica Michael is a published vegan recipe book author (Jessica's Raw Chocolate Recipes and Raw Chocolate Treats) a REPs Certified Fitness Trainer and an Advanced Natural Nutritionist with an Honours Degree. Jessica has coached many top celebrities and has been vegan for over 19 years. Her children enjoy a vegan lifestyle too.
Jessica has been featured widely across TV, radio, magazine and newspaper. Her vegan school lunch campaign was featured on Plant Based News recently and Jessica has appeared as an expert columnist and writer in many health and parenting publications. She has appeared on TV shows such as Britain's Best Dish, Channel 4 News and BBC Identity.
Jessica originally started on a plant based diet to cure her Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, which had left her bed bound at 19yrs old. She then ran the London Marathon soon after to celebrate her recovery. Once Jessica had learnt what animals go through to be turned info food products, she made the conscious decision to go vegan.
